Sign up is still going and you can choose to sign up and add books to your list or you can organize all the books. Books have to largely be centered in the specific US State.
It's on GoodReads but has some NFSW images...there's also free stories occasionally. I ended up on there since I write on and off....and I finally have time to do so.
