giddyit takes place about 80 years after the last Legends of Dune book, the Battle of Corrin. according to a timeline i found, it make this book 10,195 years before the original book of Dune. there's still so much to tell!
and... one of the characters ended on a cliffhanger! i need the next book now! o_O
