I found this series after the show Bones started airing on Fox, of which was created based on this series of books.
The tv series and the book series only have one character in common, Dr. Temperance Brennan. Like the tv series, the books are semi-based on the life of Kathy Reichs who is a forensic Anthropologist just like 'Bones' in the series.
Even with the difference with the characters, and a few other small things, I really enjoy reading this series. Its full of all the things I love about the show: action, science, relationships, crime-solving, etc..
Book # Dark Prince by Christine Feehan
This book is a re-read. A good friend of mine just helped me in obtaining most of the Dark Series and I'm enjoying the opportunity to get a chance to re-read the ones I have read, and read the new ones I haven't. Love this series...it's one of my favorites.
Book#4 Dark Descent by Christine Feehen
This is a new read. I enjoyed getting the chance to meet Joie, her siblings, and Traian for the first time, and read how Traian made Joie his Lifemate.
