Anansi Boys

I finished Son of a Witch by Gregory Maquire. It was good but lacked the stellar quality that distinguished Wicked.  I also finished Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman. I enjoyed it and his mythos for the modern world. It was gentler in tone than American Gods.
Now I've started  Adam and Eve by Sena Jeter Naslund. So far it's interesting. Still, the novel that's staying with me is Murakami's 1Q84. I'm still thinking about the protagonists and the various webs that bound them.
