books 7 & 8

book 7 was To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee. my 9th grade daughter is reading it in her english class, and i read it back when i was in high school too. i realised i forgot a lot of it.

book 8 was The Color of Magic, by Terry Pratchett. it's an intro to his Discworld series, but the friend i borrowed the books from said she wouldn't have started with that one. but if it's the first one, doesn't it make sense to start with it?

book 9 - what i'm currently reading now - is Equal Rites - also a Discworld book by Terry Pratchett. it reminds me of the Barbara Hambly books i read last month. (and, btw, i did write down all those books that were left in the comments. *g*)
