I LOVE this book it is one of my most frequently read books and though it looks daunting because of its size I always finish it faster than I expect to. A friend of mine has a list of books she wants to read before she gets an ereader. When I heard this book was on her list I quickly suggested we do a book club of 2 and we could read the books "together" It has been so much fun re-experiencing this book and sharing it with a dear friend at the same time. Every time I would see her the question was "How far are you?" And since I had read the book so many times she couldn't spoil anything so we could talk about what was going on.
There are a number of things in this book's universe that make a lot of sense to me and I actually found myself giving advice using Wizard's First Rule. The characters seem very believable to me and the reasons they do things make a lot of sense. I am really looking forward to reading the next books in the series as I have only read the first though it is one of my favorites. I love how there are so many secrets you have to figure out and the more times I read this book the more foreshadowing I see and I wonder to myself how I missed that giant clue before. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone and everyone it is fantastic.
