This book was complex, surprising, and very very interesting. Great for a book club, as you can either talk about how parts of it gave you the heebie jeebies or really get into some criticism and compare to other literature, and discuss what inspired the author, as connections to well-known literature are clear. It is much different than I expected, and gives you a lot to think about regarding truth, secrets, and the damage both can cause.
