Another visit to the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency. This time the redoubtable Mma Ramotswe must investigate why a formerly successful football team has hit a long losing streak, while coping with worrisome noises from her tiny white van. And Mma Makutsi has competition for the affection of her fiance.
As usual the plots are really only there to let us visit the characters again. I love this series, for its calm restful atmosphere and its recognition of the good qualities of people despite their flaws.
