Yesterday, on the drive, I finished reading Wicked Bronze Ambition by Glen Cook, another in his PI Garrett series of fantastic mystery books. I have to admit being a bit choked up by the last scene. Nice work. This whole series is set in a fantasy world, but it's gritty, and the protagonist can't do what he needs to do without the help of friends. I've liked the books pretty much right along, but this is the best one in years. Bravo!
